OMNIE MCS Scheme
The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a UK Government scheme set up to encourage uptake of renewable heat technologies amongst householders, communities and businesses through financial incentives. The scheme provides qualified installers with a complete solution for individual project MCS compliance. This enables non-MCS installers to use our scheme to cover heat pump installations if the end user wishes to obtain the RHI. Under the OMNIE MCS Cover scheme, we take full responsibility for the sizing, specification, installation, work done by others, commissioning and registration of the heat pump.
We work with you and the client to organize the contracts and necessary paperwork. We make this process easy and clear so that from the start all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
• Fixed fee to provide full MCS cover for each project
• No annual fees or mark-up on installation
• Includes all deposit protection and insurance related to a workmanship warranty
• Meets MIS3005 and RECC obligations
• Includes sizing of the system for both air and ground source heat pumps
Renewable Feasibility and Passive House
We provide feasibility reports for renewable technologies, specialising in heat production and schemes that are supported by MCS and RHI.
The reports that are issued are comprehensive and enable the end user to make key decisions on the most suitable options.
We have experience on passive house projects, specialising in whole house ventilation designs.
M and E Specification and 3D Design
We have 3D design capability and produce full mechanical and Electrical schematics and diagrams to integrate your renewable technologies and controls. We are working towards offering full BIM compliance.
Sustainability Master Planning and District Schemes
The design team provide design integration for ground source district heating schemes combining other technologies such as PV. We can advise on sustainability, and the best practice to obtain Code for Sustainable Home or BREEAM compliance.
